Welcome to Storage Cleaner. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storage Cleaner mobile application (the “app”) provided by PHP Ltd (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PHP Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the app on any device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Some features (such as the Email Cleaner) require signing in with a third-party service such as Google. When you connect a third-party account, you authorise Storage Cleaner to access data from that service to provide the feature you enabled. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect a third-party account at any time from within the app or from the third party’s account settings.
Storage Cleaner acts on data you already have — photos, videos, contacts, mail — on your device or in your connected accounts. You remain the owner of all such content. You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to modify or delete the content you act on inside the app.
The app does not back up your content to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example, iCloud, Google Photos, iCloud Contacts).
When you delete photos, contacts or mail inside Storage Cleaner, the app moves them to an in-app Trash for 30 days before permanently removing them. During that 30-day window you can restore the items. After 30 days deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Actions taken on your Gmail account (moving mail to Gmail Trash) are executed by Google and subject to Google’s own retention policy.

The core features of Storage Cleaner are free to use. Some features may be offered as an optional in-app purchase or subscription; the current price and billing frequency will be shown before you confirm any purchase. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHP Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific storage saving will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHP Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Because Storage Cleaner acts on files you select and cannot recover items you permanently delete outside the 30-day in-app Trash window, you are responsible for confirming your selections before you clean.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 7, 8 and 10) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved by the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
